Style Post: Feeling blue

Yo Yo Yo!!!!!!!!!!! warridoo? lol its okay i'm just feeling all hyper at the moment. Haha. Taking a quick study break and I decided to do what I love doing best.

Below I have on a simple outfit, a blue long top and Black pants. It was an impromptu pick, but at the same time I wanted to keep it simple.

  This outfit really can be worn anywhere, without the bright red lipstick, it can be worn as an "on the go" outfit. I wore the lipstick and statement neck piece to make it a little more bold, and dressy. 

I had on a lion neck statement ear ring, sadly its not visible in any of these photos, hopefully in the next style post, I would make it more visible. It's really cute and I really wanted to share.

I know you guys might probably be wondering why i don't take out door pics, lol i do actually, but lately most of my outings have been late evenings or at night ,so I take them inside cause its brighter. Well I shall try to take more outdoors pics.. hehe, my summer break starts in 4 days! *woop* cant Wait, I would have more time then.

I have recently been wanting to do something feisty with my nails, because it has been a while i have indulged in nail designs and stuff like that. Thinking of something nice to do to your own nails? well below are photos of some pretty cools nail designs that may inspire you---or not. lol

Well i'm definitely going to be doing something nice to my nails soon enough, maybe not from this collection but definitely something similar. Not certain yet but I will definitely keep ya'll posted. ;)

Style post III: Simple in Sequins

It's the weekend, hope everyone is turning up and kick'n it?Today's style post is a mixture of simplicity and elegance.More details below

 In the photo I have on a sequin loose blouse worn over black leggings with black low wedges. The red belt was put on there to add some kind of extra color to the outfit. I personally love anything sequin! They can make you like a celebrity, with al the shimmers and shines. lol well sequins are at its best when worn at night. This number can easily be put together when one does not feel the need to overdress but yet look just right for the event--be it a house party, show, e.t.c

The number was worn to an evening event held at my school, the outfit was put together very impromptu, because I had changed my mind about the initial outfit i had in mind to wear. I was not exactly in the mood to dress up, so i decided to keep it simple, yet flashy :) I kept the makeup and accessories light too, with only a pair of stud earrings, statement neck piece and a ring

Style Post II. It's a Peplum thing

 Peplum never gets old now does it?

I matched an ivory colored open back  lace peplum top with a black bandage skirt
and nude pumps.
wore this out on some weekend to a party.The ensemble kinds looks like a  dress because of the way it was matched, a couple people thought it was.

 This number can be switched up and worn different ways. It could be paired with a nice blazer to give it a more edgy look. It could also match into different occasions, if worn to a dinner, you could pull your hair up in a bun to give the outfit a more classy and elegant touch, plus chandelier earrings to lift up the face.
The Peplum top could also be switched up and worn with a nice edgy leather pants or normal dark denim with black pumps, for a casual day out with the girls :)
